Area & Location
Our holiday home is located in the middle of the triangle of Winterberg, Willingen and Medebach. An ideal base to quickly get on the many mountain bike paths. Due to its central location, the many routes can be combined. Expanding or shortening is not a problem.
Tracks & Trails
In addition to the many well-known routes, there are of course also the "hidden" exciting paths, which lead to the many highlights in the Sauerland. With day distances and altimeters, varying between 35 and 60 km, respectively 500 and 1500 hm, the highlights are easy to reach. Of course, the area offers great marathon opportunities for the very sporty bikers.
Highlights
The compact and easily accessible Sauerland offers the possibility to visit several highlights in a short time. From the highest mountain in Sauerland, the Hochheide area in Niedersfeld, the ski jumping jump in Willingen, the tallest trees in Sauerland near Glindfeld, to the bike park in Winterberg, to name but a few.
Season
The bike season usually runs from April to October. But in winter there are also beautiful tours for the "snowbike enthusiast". Of course, this depends on the snow thickness. The winter landscapes and nature create a very special atmosphere and above all adventurous experiences.
Accommodation
As a stay, our 6-person "Ferienhaus Küstelblick" in the village of Küstelberg is an ideal and quiet central starting point for the many varied tracks of all levels. For both the novice and experienced mountain biker, for the relaxed as well as the sporty biker, the tracks start from here.
With several people ?
For several people, larger groups, supporters, care or even a whole club, the 2 adjacent holiday homes, the inn and the former schoolmaster's house offer ideal opportunities for a total of approx. 50 people. With spacious parking spaces in a quiet street on the edge of nature.
Practical
In the storage room there are charging points for the E-bikes and there is a spraying facility for the mud bikes.
There are 2 spacious parking spaces in front of the holiday home.
In the evening you can relax on the terrace in front of or behind the house.
