Bad weather ? No problem, visit the Rambsbeck ore mine, near Bestwig, half an hour's drive away. A very interesting experience, in a well-preserved mine with a museum. You will take the original train 1.5 km into the mine at a depth of 300 m, and get an explanation of all the (original!) mining tools from different periods.

Nice short family walk.
Kustelberg and VVV Medebach have set out a short walking route of 2 km from the village and surroundings. Along the way, there are play areas with playground equipment. The route goes up slightly outside the village, where you can then enjoy a beautiful view.

Nice walk made around Glindfeld, from the old Monastery, via the Way of the Cross to the Kahlen Kapelle at the top, and back again via the Philosophenpfad.

Vandaag een tochtje gemaakt naar de bouwwerkzaamheden van de nieuwe attractie in Willingen, de "Skywalk". De één na langste hangbrug ter wereld (de "Sky Bridge" in Tsjechië is 721 meter).
Hoogte 100 meter, Lengte 664 meter.
Looppadbreedte 1,3 meter, toegang voor 750 personen.
De Skywalk ligt direct naast de skispringschans (Mühlenkopfschanze).
De opening is nu gepland begin 2023.

Korte wandeling in Düdinghausen, naar "de rechtbank" uit de 14e eeuw.

Prachtige wandeling gemaakt over het "Hochheide-plateau" bij Niedersfeld, met o.a. de bron van het Hoppecke-riviertje, en het uitzichtspunt bij Clemensberg.
